Astrology in Action: Astrological Society of Connecticut Events



On Sunday, May 16, 2010 the Astrological Society of Connecticut will gather vendors, astrologers, intuitive readers and body workers in a New Age Fair at the Keeney Memorial Center 200 Main St. Wethersfield, CT 06109, The most popular aspect of the fair features readers with a broad base of gifts. Angel cards, Zulu bones, psychometry, astrologers, tarot card readers, numerologists and psychics are represented among over twenty select readers.

There are also a series of free lectures at 11 a.m. that continue during the day on a variety of subjects. For those interested in learning more about astrology there is also a 90 minute class.

Admission is always free. Refreshments are available. Parking is free behind the building, on the street, and across the street behind the fire station. The Astrologicial Society of Connecticut is hosting a lecture by the astrologer, lecturer and author on astrological predictive techniques. This talk defines transits, secondary progressions, solar arcs, and midpoints. It shows how to use each of these methods for best results in predictive work, whether that predictive work is psychological or event oriented. It demonstrates how to combine the use of these methods in forecasting life’s cycles and events.
asc-logoJoyce Levine is an astrological consultant, astrology lecturer and author. Her career spans more than 25 years, including more than 12 years as a former astrology talk show host and guest speaker. She is the Clerk of the NCGR National Council for Geocosmic Research and is currently President of the Boston Chapter. She has been a professional member of the American Federation of Astrologers since 1979 and is the former President of the New England Astrological Association.
