New Age Fairs Resume This Month!<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

After a hiatus of more than two years, the popular ASC New Age Fairs resume Sunday, July 17, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM<\/strong>, at the Keeney Memorial Cultural Center, 200 Main St., Wethersfield (our regular location for years).<\/p>\n

Some modifications are planned as a result of continuing concerns about COVID and its evolving variants. Masks are encouraged (and required for anyone unvaccinated). To allow us all to be a little more spread out, we will have fewer readers, vendors and wellness practitioners. The kitchen won’t have a full line-up of refreshments, only some beverages. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or snacks, and we plan to have a couple food trucks on site.<\/p>\n

Parking behind the building, on Main St., behind the fire station across the street at 171 Main St.,<\/em><\/span>or a few blocks north on Main St. beyond the flag pole, across from Comstock Ferre (great little market and eatery there). Ask the parking gods and you shouldn\u2019t have to walk far!<\/p>\n

What You’ll Find at the Fair<\/strong><\/div>\n
Readings continue to be 20 minutes for $25 – cash, checks and credit cards accepted. Types of readings include psychic, medium, angel cards, regular (playing) cards, tarot, intuitive, astrology, Astro Dice and runes. A birth time is helpful for an astrology reading or for our astrology class (see details later in this newsletter).<\/div>\n

A variety of vendors sell a wide array of wares, such as stones and crystals, books and CDs, jewelry, gifts and items for health and well-being, including aura photographs. ASC has great bargains at the used books table. Wellness practitioners offer intriguing\u00a0alternative modalities beyond massage, such as \u201csound healing\u201d with singing bowls.<\/div>\n
