Weekly Astrology Forecast: Nov 9 through Nov 15– Sharing and Caring

Weekly Forecast(Astrology Explored) Astrology for the week of November 9 to November 15

This the final week before the next Solar Eclipse, a kind of a wrap up of the previous six months. The moon moves from Virgo, to Libra, to Scorpio through this week, touching on material concerns, relationships and money, and other people’s resources. It is this week where we find ourselves depending on others instead of our individual selves, when we recognize that we are stronger as part of group than as a lone wolf. Venus in the relationship sign of Libra, urges you, if you feel you walk alone, to immerse yourself in activities that involving the sharing of yourself. Helping others will benefit in more ways than you know. Even before the holidays begin this is the time for sharing and caring.

Aries—The planet of individuality, Uranus, has recently moved into your sign. Have you noticed that your life is more erratic of late, that things keep cropping up that place more obstacles in your life? Aries is never afraid of a challenge, but this is a horse of different color. The problem is that you are unable or unwilling to recognize that your sense of independence runs counter to what is expected of you. Continue reading

The Astrology of Burn Notice: Michael Westen’s “Real” Birthday

Burn Notice Poster(Astrology Explored) Burn Notice, Season 6 premiered on Thursday, June 14, 2012, continuing the story arc Michael in his quest to get reinstated into the good graces of “The Company.” What is in store for the burned spy and his crew? Well to answer that we are going to have to clear up the issue of Michael Westen’s birthday.

In my first piece about the fictional “burned” spy Michael Westen, I fiddled around the pieces of trivia dropped through the show and the astrology to see if the birth date of January 7, 1970 as originally posted in Wikipedia was his birth date. I came to the conclusion, that yes it would be and even “rectified” the ascendant to Libra.

Then in an episode called “Past and Future tense”, Michael is seen showing his Florida’s driver license as proof of identity with a Date of Birth shown as January 7, 1967 a full three years earlier. Since then Wikipedia changed its information to reflect this date. To those that don’t “believe” in astrology this isn’t such a big deal, and even eases up the number years of training he took as Special Forces in the Army. But for those of us that look to the stars this is huge deal, especially since it throws off the transits, the positions of the planets, that shows key events in a person’s life. Continue reading

Befpre Landfall in Atlantic City

Before Landfall in Atlantic City

(Astrology Explored) Even if this passage from Nostadamus isn’t about Hurricane Sandy, it sure seems like it:

Iardin du monde aupres de cité neufue,
Dans le chemin des montaignes cauees:
Sera saisi & plongé dans la Cuve,
Beuuant par force eaux soulphre enuenimees.

Garden of the world near the new city,
In the path of the hollow mountains:
It will be seized and plunged into the Tub,
Forced to drink waters poisoned by sulfur.

Sandy happend on the full Moon when the Sun and Moon are in opposition. The next lunation is the Solar eclipse on November 13, 2012 on the New Moon. In the New Moon phase the Moon and Sun are conjunct. Mercury is loosely conjunct the Sun though it has moved into a new sign, Sagittarius, which is a fire sign.
