#Astrology Pro Tip: There Is No Thirteenth Zodiac Sign

Sidney_Hall_-_Urania's_Mirror_-_Taurus_Poniatowski,_Serpentarius,_Scutum_Sobiesky,_and_Serpens(Astrology Explored) Oh, god. What do we have to do to get it through peoples heads? I opened my Quora feed this morning to find this:

Now that NASA has re-arranged the zodiac signs, should I go by the ancient Babylonian way or the NASA way? I’m either Gemini or Taurus.

Of course, I answered. And here it is.

NASA has not rearranged the zodiac signs.

They tell you so themselves.

No, what NASA was attempting to do, through a children’s page, (updated January 2016) was to discredit astrology by saying that once upon the time, the Babylonians knew there were thirteen constellations in the zodiac but since it didn’t fit in with their astrology ignored it proving astrology is not a science, is nonsense and should be thoroughly ignored by anyone with a lick a sense.

Which only shows you that NASA should stick to what they know because the Babylonians, whose civilization started about 18th century BCE, (according to astrology antagonistic Wikipedia,) identified 17 to 18 constellations in their zodiac. Continue reading

#PsychicReadings at Hartford CT Women’s Expo

Screen Shot 2017-10-13 at 10.27.15 AM The Connecticut Women’s Expo usually likes to include psychics at their Expos, and as usual, my friend Janet Booth, is an expert at gathering some of the best psychics in CT for October 21 and 22nds’ Hartford Expo. I personally know many of these women, and they are phenomenal intuitives, tarot card and other types of readers. You may even see an astrologer or two there.

If you haven’t had a reading in a while, or not at all, this is a marvelous opportunity to experience a short reading for a dollar minute. Because of the volume Janet anticipates, (these psychics are busy! during the expo), they give only ten and fifteen-minute readings. But at a dollar a minute, this is a marvelous way to tip your toes in psychic waters. Continue reading

Full Moon #Eclipse: Boogie Woogie Or Don’t Dance At All

Lunar Eclipse(Astrology Explored) Monday’s partial lunar eclipse (August 7, 2017 at 2:10 PM EDT) is the bookend of the February 10, 2017 Full Moon Eclipse. The Sun/Moon position is reversed. The February moon in Leo talked about our public images. This full moon, with the moon in the sign of the individual, Aquarius. The question will be: how will you fulfill your inner longing for personal fulfillment?

Do you boogie woogie to your own drummer? Or are you deaf to the callings of your soul? Are you authentic? Are you real? Are you expressing your true self? If you aren’t the Universe won’t want to dance with you.

Aquarius, as a zodiac sign, talks about finding your unique and honest self and gifting that to the world. Where house the eclipse falls will call you to develop your talents in that area and gift it to the world.

In a real way, this process started back in February where you examined your public image in relation to others. Now you will reconcile your inner self to your public image.
Up to the point that Aquarius’ modern ruler, Uranus, was discovered in 1781, people did not have access to a planet to help excavate their individuality. Self-actualization wasn’t a mass concept as most people struggled to survive whatever way they could. People lived within the strict dictates of government and church. But within a shy five years of the Uranus’ discovery people were talking about the rights of the people to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” These were radical thoughts for a revolutionary time. Astrology and Celebrity: Bill O’Reilly’s Neptunian Moment

Bill O'Reilly (Astrology Explored) Bill O’Reilly came out swinging in his first interview since he was fired from the FOX news organization.

O’Reilly was fired from Fox News after an explosive New York Times report published in April revealed that he and the network had paid millions to settle sexual harassment lawsuits filed against him over the years — including two after former chairman Roger Ailes was ousted in the wake of his own sexual harassment scandal last summer. O’Reilly said on Friday that’s he’s had enough.

From now on when I’m attacked, I’m going to take action — mostly legal action,” O’Reilly said. “It’s not going to happen anymore to me.”

O’Reilly’s sexual harassment allegations led to a massive advertiser boycott, and resulted in Fox News canceling the top-rated “O’Reilly Factor.” The cable news king was dismissed from his 21-year perch at the network.

O’Reilly said he was “target number one” from “the organized left-wing cabal” charged with “destroying voices” it “does not like.”

We don’t have Bill O’Reilly’s full birth data. We lack the birth time, so any information about the moon is speculative. But when you have not one, not two, but many Neptunian indicators in a chart, then well, such statements are full of speculation, if you put it mildly.

What can astrology tell us? Continue reading

President’s Comey Firing: Universe Tells #Trump~You’re Fired

34394903505_5c91168bc1_z(Astrology Explored) Apologies for the technical issues that surrounded the original post of yesterday.

The firing of James Comey came as a huge surprise to the American public. But is it a surprise?
What does the astrology say about the situation?

Moon, Mars, Uranus and Pluto Are Key Players

Astrologically Donald Trump has his Sun in opposition to his moon. Full moon people are often drawn into relationships with others, but may have difficulty navigating then. My opinion is that those with a significant Gemini/Sagittarius axis find it difficult to accept existing norms of behavior. Either they forever lock themselves with the confines of solidly defined roles or they chuck societal norms altogether. Trump appears to have cast himself in the later camp. Also, there is a tendency to see others as merely an extension of self or failing that, not at all. With the US Mars, the planet of trouble, sitting on his Sun/Moon axis it’s a given that trouble follows him in his role as president.

Mars, the planet of trouble (in the yellow section) of the Comey event charis within 10 degrees of Trump’s Sun/Moon axis and the US Mars point. This tells me two things. First, Trump did make the decision to fire Comey before Tuesday. I say he made this decision around May 4th or 5 days before the actual firing when transiting Mars hit the US Uranus. It also indicates that since Mars has not yet reached his Sun, his problems are just beginning. Continue reading

The #Astrology and Politics of the February 10-11 #LunarEclipse

Partial Lunar Eclipse 2014

Partial Lunar Eclipse 2014

(Astrology Explored) A Lunar Eclipse in the early hours of Saturday February 11 follows the Friday February 10, 2017 Full Moon. It’s symbolism should make us all sit up and take notice. In the cosmic dance of the heavenly bodies, a lunar eclipse occurs when the earth is between the moon and the sun, shielding the moon from the light of the sun. The stage for this eclipse sits in the US chart in the ninth house of legal issues.

An eclipse ignites an area of sensitivity a natal chart for at least six months. For the United States this eclipse moon is opposite the US natal moon in Aquarius. But even more pressing the eclipse moon is part of Yod, called the Finger of God, with transiting Chiron, which I call “the planet of something wrong” and Pluto, who most astrologers calls the planet of transformation.
Chiron and Pluto forces their energy up the lines of their respective inconjuncts to the eclipse moon fixing it in place and forcing the chart native to deal with this issue.
Because the energy of the Yod is explosively intense, the events that arise out of the Yod feels destined or fated.

Moon in Aquarius concerns itself with humanitarian issues and the rights of the public at large. This eclipse moon lands in the ninth house of legal issues. So we are going to see a lot of back and forth about the rights of the people. Continue reading

#Astrology and #Politics: The Third #PresidentialDebate

Trump and Clinton

Trump and Clinton

(Astrology Explored) Tonight, October 19, 2016 Hillary Rodham Clinton and Donald Trump go at it one more time on the debate floor making their case to the American public.

The announced topics are immigration, entitlements and debt, the Supreme Court, the economy, foreign policy and the candidates’ fitness to serve. The format is at once loose and rigid. Each candidate will stand at a podium, much like the first one, and each candidate will have two minutes to speak on each topic. Then the moderator, Chris Wallace, will question them for an additional eleven minutes before they go on to the next topic.

The venue is an interesting one, University of Nevada in Las Vegas, and you wonder why that place? I have no information on the workings of the debate committee, but the astrology is fairly clear. Using chart of the debate itself, (announced 9:00 PM EDT and constructed for 6:00 PM PDT) and the United States (Sibly), I created from Davison relationship chart an astro*carto*graphy chart of the event. (Astrology Explored) The New York Times reports:

As America Sleeps, Donald Trump Seethes on Twitter

The tweets started around 3:20 a.m. on Friday. Inside Trump Tower, a restless figure stirred in the predawn darkness, nursing his grievances and grabbing a device that often lands him in hot water.

On his Android phone, Donald J. Trump began to tap out bursts of digital fury: He mocked Alicia Machado, a former Miss Universe and a popular Latin American actress, as a “con,” the “worst” and “disgusting.”

In a final flourish, before the sun came up, the Republican presidential nominee claimed — without offering any evidence — that she had appeared in a “sex tape.”
